How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Mintlog and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete an entry?

Open the entry you want to delete, then swipe it or use the delete option. This removes the entry and all associated data (insights, chat, mockups, vision card, and plans) from both your device and our servers.

Is my data private?

Yes. We don't collect your name, email, or any personal identity. Your entries are associated with an anonymous device ID. Voice recordings never leave your device — only the transcribed text is sent for AI processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why are my free analyses used up?

Free users get 3 AI analyses per month. This resets at the beginning of each calendar month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited analyses.

Can I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process.

The AI gave me incorrect information. What should I do?

AI-generated insights are approximations meant for inspiration and brainstorming — not professional business advice. Always verify market data, revenue projections, and other figures independently before making business decisions.
